Ameresco Appoints Interim Principal Financial and Accounting Officers

Ameresco, Inc. has announced the interim appointments of Ms. Julie Bradshaw as principal financial officer and Ms. Debbie Angelico as principal accounting officer, effective September 8, 2026. These appointments follow the previously disclosed resignation of Mark Chiplock from his roles as Chief Financial Officer and principal financial and accounting officer, which is effective September 25, 2026. The company has begun its search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Bradshaw, aged 40, joined Ameresco in April 2014 and has been serving as the company's Vice President, Finance since January 2026. Before her time at Ameresco, she was an Accounting Supervisor at Enterprise Holdings.

Ms. Angelico, aged 62, joined the company in August 2020 and also assumed the role of Vice President, Finance in January 2026. Her prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of SEC Reporting at Covertus for one year and as Chief Financial Officer of Next Level Now, Inc. for five years.

The filing states that there are no arrangements or understandings between Ms. Bradshaw or Ms. Angelico and any other person regarding their interim designations. Furthermore, neither Ms. Bradshaw nor Ms. Angelico has a family relationship with any of Ameresco's directors or executive officers, nor do they have any direct or indirect material interest in any transaction requiring disclosure.
